No. For warranty and liability reasons, we do not install customer-supplied parts. Using our trusted vendors ensures that the parts are correct, high-quality, and covered under our warranty. This also helps us stand behind our work with confidence.
Yes. Most of our repairs are covered by a 24-month / 24,000-mile warranty, whichever comes first. Some components, like air conditioning repairs, may carry a shorter warranty (e.g., 90 days). Performance upgrades and aftermarket modifications are not covered under warranty.
Repair times vary depending on the type of service, parts availability, and the condition of the vehicle. Routine services like oil changes or brake jobs can often be completed the same day, while more complex diagnostics or repairs may take longer.
We’ll always provide you with a time estimate up front and do our best to meet that estimate. However, life happens — and unexpected issues, delays in parts delivery, or complications during the repair process can sometimes extend the timeline. We appreciate your understanding and will keep you informed every step of the way.
Yes, for many basic services we have a waiting area available. For longer or more involved repairs, we recommend dropping off your vehicle.
If needed, we may be able to offer a ride to your home or workplace when you drop off your vehicle. Please note that we do not have a dedicated shuttle service — in most cases, a technician will ride with you in your vehicle to your destination and then drive the vehicle back to the shop.
This service is intended for essential transportation only and should not be used as a substitute for rideshare or taxi services. Availability may vary based on staffing and shop workload, so we kindly ask that you arrange ahead of time if you believe you’ll need a ride.
We service a large majority of domestic and foreign vehicles, including cars, trucks, SUVs, and fleet vehicles. If you're unsure about your vehicle, give us a call and we’ll be happy to confirm.
Yes! We install a variety of performance and aftermarket upgrades including superchargers, bolt-on turbo kits, nitrous systems, cam upgrades, exhaust systems, and more. While we do not offer in-house tuning for fuel-injected vehicles, we work with trusted companies like HP Tuners for custom tunes. In-house tuning is only offered on carbureted setups.
Yes, we highly recommend scheduling an appointment. Due to our busy schedule, we typically do not accept walk-ins. However, in some cases, we may be able to accommodate a walk-in if time and workload allow. To ensure we can give your vehicle the attention it deserves, it's best to call ahead and get on the schedule.
No, we do not offer any tire services. This includes tire sales, mounting, balancing, repairs, or rotations. We recommend visiting a dedicated tire shop for any tire-related needs.
If you're unsure where to go, we’re happy to recommend trusted local shops that specialize in tires.
Yes, we do work on many light-duty diesel vehicles, such as diesel pickups and vans. However, we do not service heavy-duty commercial diesel engines or diesel-specific performance tuning. Call us to confirm if your diesel vehicle falls within our service range.
Yes! We offer general safety inspections and pre-purchase inspections if you're considering buying a used vehicle. These inspections include a full visual check of major systems, fluids, brakes, suspension, and more — helping you make an informed decision before buying.
At this time, we do not specialize in hybrid or electric vehicle (EV) repair. While we can handle some basic services (such as brakes or suspension), high-voltage systems and EV-specific diagnostics are best handled by shops equipped for that technology.
We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, personal checks, and most tap-to-pay options (including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and contactless cards).
We do not offer any financing or payment plans.
Payment must be made in full before the vehicle can be picked up — no exceptions. This policy also applies to any warranty work. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
We can provide rough estimates for some services over the phone, but accurate pricing usually requires us to inspect the vehicle in person. Every repair is different, and we want to ensure you're getting the right service at the right price — not just a guess.
