Advanced Automotive Tech Inc. was founded in 1997 by Leonard Sinner, who built the business from the ground up with a commitment to honest work, expert service, and strong community values. As the proud owner, Leonard has dedicated over two decades to providing dependable automotive repair and performance services. Today, the shop remains family owned and operated, with Leonard actively mentoring his two sons, Bryce and Trenton, who are preparing to carry on the family legacy in the years ahead.
Known throughout the community for quality workmanship and trustworthy service, Advanced Automotive Tech Inc. has earned a reputation as one of the most reliable and respected repair shops in town. From longtime local customers to new faces, our team is proud to be the shop people count on for everything from routine maintenance to high-performance upgrades — and we’re here to stay.
Nestled in the heart of Laramie, Wyoming, Advanced Automotive Inc. stands as a beacon of quality and reliability in automotive service and maintenance. But beyond its reputation for excellence, this establishment is steeped in a rich history that intertwines with the very fabric of Laramie’s automotive heritage.
Founded with a commitment to providing top-notch automotive care, Advanced Automotive has grown to become a trusted name in the community. The shop offers a comprehensive range of services, from preventive maintenance to complex repairs, ensuring that every vehicle that rolls into their garage receives the highest level of care. Their team of ASE Certified technicians utilizes the latest technology and equipment to diagnose and repair vehicles, both domestic and foreign.
Laramie’s automotive history is rich with innovation, dating back to the late 19th century. A key figure in that legacy is Elmer Lovejoy, a local pioneer who built Wyoming’s first steam-powered “horseless carriage” in 1898—at a time when no one in the state had ever seen an automobile. That all changed on May 7, 1898, when Lovejoy took his handmade vehicle for a drive through downtown Laramie, astonishing onlookers as he cruised by at a then-unbelievable 8 miles per hour. His groundbreaking work not only introduced automobiles to the region but also laid the foundation for Laramie’s lasting reputation for ingenuity, craftsmanship, and mechanical innovation—a spirit that still drives the automotive community today.
More Than a Repair Shop — A Part of the Community
Advanced Automotive Tech Inc. is more than just a place to get your car serviced — it’s a community cornerstone. Family-owned and operated since 1997, the business has built its reputation not only on quality automotive work but also on strong, lasting relationships with customers. The team takes pride in giving back to the Laramie community that has supported them for decades.
From participating in local events like Bonds, Burnouts & Brews, to donating free oil change certificates to fundraisers, charities, and local businesses, Advanced Automotive is committed to making a positive impact. It’s this blend of expert service and genuine community involvement that sets them apart — and why so many locals trust them, not just with their vehicles, but with their continued support.
Meet the Techs
My name is Leonard Sinner, and I’m proud to be the owner of a family-owned automotive business that’s been serving the Laramie community since 1997. Born and raised right here in Laramie, I’ve spent my life under the hood — with a particular passion and specialty for carburetors and classic engine work.
Over the years, I’ve seen the industry evolve, and I’ve worked hard to evolve with it — staying current with new technologies while never losing sight of the craftsmanship and personal touch that set us apart. Our business is built on honesty, quality work, and strong local roots, and we treat every customer like part of the family.
Whether you're restoring a classic or just need reliable service, we're here to help — with decades of hands-on experience and a genuine love for what we do.
Trenton S.
I’m Trenton Sinner, the youngest of the two brothers who proudly work together at our family-owned shop. Growing up around cars and engines, I developed a strong passion for automotive work early on — a passion that continues to drive me every day. I take pride in delivering quality service and hands-on expertise to every vehicle that comes through our doors.
Outside of the shop, I enjoy spending my free time snowmobiling across Wyoming’s beautiful terrain, honing my shooting skills, and exploring new destinations through travel. These hobbies keep me energized and focused, inspiring me to bring the same enthusiasm and dedication to my work.
And when it’s time to relax, you’ll often find me enjoying a good cheese pizza — a simple favorite that’s hard to beat.
Combining technical knowledge with a love for adventure, I’m committed to providing reliable, honest service and helping our customers get back on the road safely and confidently. Whether it's cars, horsepower, or high-performance machines, I’m all in. Thanks for stopping by!
Bryce S.
Bryce Sinner is the oldest of the brothers and a vital part of our tech team. He has a serious passion for performance — especially when it comes to LS engines. After attending machinist school in Houston, he returned home with a sharp skill set and a drive to build and tune high-performance machines.
Bryce spends his weekends at the drag strip with his S10 race truck, constantly chasing quicker times and better builds. When he’s not at the track, you’ll find him out riding dirt bikes on the mountain trails or snowmobiling with his brothers and family during the winter months — always finding a way to mix adventure with horsepower.
From fine-tuning engines to ripping through snow-covered backcountry, Bryce brings passion, precision, and energy to everything he does.
Pat C.
Patric Clifton has lived in Laramie since 1996 and is proud to call it home. Outside of work, Patric enjoys the simple things in life — spending time outdoors, camping under the Wyoming sky, working in the garden, and most of all, making memories with his daughter. Whether they’re planting together in the backyard or heading out for a weekend adventure, family time is what matters most to him.
Those same values carry over into his work. As our Service Writer, Patric brings a calm, friendly presence to the front desk and makes sure every customer is treated with honesty and care. His strong local connections and love for the community help create a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.
Lino R.
Hey, I’m Lino Rayos — someone who feels most at home under the open sky or under the hood of a car. I’ve always had a deep love for the outdoors and a lifelong passion for machines. Whether it's camping deep in the woods, casting a line on a quiet lake, or spending the weekend tuning up cars, I’m all about hands-on experiences and living life to the fullest.
In my free time, you’ll usually find me out shooting, fishing, or exploring new trails. I’m always looking for the next adventure, and I believe in working hard, staying curious, and enjoying the ride along the way.
Thanks for taking the time to learn a bit about me!
Nick D.
I'm Nick Denbow, and my family is a big part of what motivates me every day. when i am not working on vehicles or guns, i love spending quality time with my wife and kids - they keep me grounded and remind me what really matters.
I'm passionate about working with my hands , whether that wrenching on my own automotive projects or fine tuning my shooting skills. I enjoy the challenge of problem solving and that satisfaction that comes from seeing a job done right.
At work i bring that same dedication to every vehicle that comes through the shop. I believe in honest, reliable service and making sure every customer feels valued and confident in the work we do.
I am proud to be a part of a team that treats both cars and customers with care.
Oliver
If you’ve visited Advanced Automotive Tech Inc., chances are you’ve met Oliver, our beloved shop dog. Oliver is a Rottweiler and Labrador mix, and he’s been part of the team since he was just a puppy. He belongs to Bryce Sinner, but he’s adopted the whole shop as his second home.
Don’t let his loud bark fool you — Oliver is a big baby at heart. Once he gets to know you, he’s all tail wags and affection. He takes his unofficial role as “greeter” seriously, though you’ll often catch him enjoying one of his favorite pastimes: long naps in the sun or happily chewing on a plastic bottle.
Whether he’s supervising from the office or keeping an eye on the bays, Oliver adds a little extra comfort and character to the shop. Customers and staff alike love having him around — he’s part of the family.
