Posted by Ben B 04/05/2021 The work performed was great and I trust the abilities of the mechanics. However, I was not notified that it would not be completed on the day it was scheduled. I brought it in Monday for a Tuesday appointment. I called late Tuesday to find out if it was done to find out they haven't started on it. I understand things happen that cause delays, but some communication would have been nice. I rely on my truck every day. It is my only vehicle. Had I known it would not get addressed on Tuesday, I would have picked it up to get work done, then brought it back Wednesday. I was happy with the work but feel better communication would have helped with my satisfaction level.
